# 3.10 Add resources from Market

Use Market to discover and select resources. You can also create business areas, colleagues, and skills locally on their respective pages. New resources do not all have to come through Market.

## Browse and import

Open a resource's details and review its purpose, contents, version, and dependencies. Before importing, confirm that it fits the current business area. Review the objects that the preview will add or link, then complete the import.

A business resource package may contain roles, skills, materials, and task templates. Colleagues imported from industry packages start paused. Open Colleagues to verify their resources and tool permissions before making them active.

## Check whether a resource is ready

| Status or symptom | What to check |
| --- | --- |
| Added | Open the relevant management page to check links and configuration |
| Missing dependencies | Add the required resources declared by the package first |
| Version conflict | Compare existing content with the new version; do not overwrite local changes without reviewing them |
| Connection incomplete | Configure credentials at the connection's source and test it |

## Export and share

When using the available export or package-sharing features, check whether the package contains private materials, credentials, or templates that are not yours. Before sharing externally, import it into an isolated environment once to verify that its resources are complete.
